For Teachers

The Committee is very aware of your vital role in the success of the contest as you direct your students in this writing experience. We request your help in encouraging them to write this year on the subject of integrity. In today’s world, it is often difficult to make the choices that exhibit integrity. We appreciate any time you will spend in influencing your students to think about how to develop integrity that reflects positively as a character trait in their life.

Last year many area students entered this contest. We are hoping to exceed last year’s numbers and we thank you in advance for partnering with us in this endeavor. If you have any questions about the contest, please call Mary Ann Stroeh at 759-5582 or e-mail at stroehm@yahoo.com.

Along with the essay contest, the Committee for Integrity Enhancement also sponsors the Personal Integrity Award. This award is intended to recognize members of our community who exemplify the character traits of integrity in their daily lives. If you know of someone like this and want to nominate him or her for this year’s award, please contact Tom Schmitt at 288-9707 for a nomination form.
